A studio for creator-owned products

Your audience already trusts you.
Sell them something worth owning.

We design and build the product — storefront, membership, course — and take no fee for it. We're paid from a share of the revenue: you keep 70%, we take 30%.

The collab, plainly

We build and run it at no upfront cost. You keep 70% and own the audience.

Revenue split is 30/70 — we take 30%, open-ended, with no fixed term. We carry the cost and the risk of building, and earn only when the product does.

I
We propose the product

Based on what your audience keeps asking you for, not a service menu.

II
We build it at our cost

Brand, design, engineering, payments, launch. You review; you never invoice.

III
You launch it in your voice

Nothing carries our name on the front. The product reads as an extension of you.

IV
We split what it earns

30/70 in writing before a single pixel. We keep improving it because we're paid from it.

Bring us the audience. We'll bring the product.

Two lines is enough: who you make for, and what they keep asking you for. We reply with a product idea and a proposed split — free either way.

Products built on borrowed trust

A few things we've designed and built. Each one exists to be sold to an audience that was already listening.

The studio

We'd rather own a share of something good

Freelance work ends at the invoice. The studio ships, the creator inherits a thing nobody maintains, and the incentive to make it actually earn money disappeared the moment the final payment cleared.

We wanted the opposite arrangement. We build and run it at no upfront cost, and we're paid out of what the product makes: revenue split 30/70 — you keep 70% and own the audience, we take 30%, open-ended, with no fixed term.

That single change fixes most of what makes creator product launches disappointing. We can't afford to ship something that doesn't convert, and we can't walk away after launch. It also means we say no a lot — we take a handful of partnerships at a time, and only where we believe the audience will pay for what we're proposing.

How we work

Four rules. We've never needed a fifth.

Design first

Small and senior

Your brand, not ours

Built to keep earning

If that sounds right, tell us about your audience.
